A: Our voucher is redeemable only at preferred optical stores specially selected for their participation in the Evidence-Based Myopia Control Ophthalmic Lenses Program. These stores are equipped to provide lenses featuring DIMS, H.A.L.T., or CARE Technology (all trademarks belong to their respective owners).

Q: How do I know if the lenses are genuine?

A: We share your concern. That’s why all our participating preferred optical stores are verified providers—guaranteeing authentic, certified lenses with manufacturer-issued warranties.

Q: Are the optical shop staff properly trained?

A: Yes. All participating stores are staffed by eyecare practitioners trained in the fitting and dispensing of Evidence-Based Myopia Control Ophthalmic Lenses. You can rest assured your child is in capable hands.

Q: What if my child’s eye doctor gave specific instructions for the lenses?

A: Our preferred optical stores work closely with referring ophthalmologists. The practitioners are trained to meet clinical fitting standards to match your child’s prescription and treatment goals accurately.

  1. Voucher Details:
    This voucher entitles the holder to Evidence-Based Myopia Management Ophthalmic Lenses (~$600) with included selected frames(~$100). The lenses feature DIMS, H.A.L.T. or CARE Technology (all brand names/trademarks are owned by their respective owners).
  2. Included Services:
    • The voucher includes Research Evidence-Based Myopia Management Ophthalmic Lenses with selected frames.
    • Consultation fees are not included in the voucher.
  3. Usage and Redemption:
    • Purchase the voucher for $100 at participating clinics.
    • To redeem, pay $500 at participating optical stores for the lenses and frames.

    • A physical voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. Digital copies will not be accepted.
  4. General Terms:
    • This voucher is non-refundable.
    • The voucher must be redeemed before the due date or within 7 days from the issue date, whichever is earlier.
    • Prevailing taxes (if applicable) are included in the voucher price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
    • The participating optical stores and clinics may have additional terms and conditions.
